Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen. Hello! My name is Anne Phung Nguyen. A Vietnamese American entrepreneur who lives with her amazing fianc JP in Orange County California. Henry is a very happy and lucky dad. The majority of people have come across me through my Instagram platform @annephung where I write about my experiences- the good, the bad and everything in between. My parents accompanied me to America in the year 1990 when I was just one-and-a half. It wouldn't be possible to share my life story today without my parents' efforts to work for their dreams and put up with sacrifices. My parents were the source of my inspiration and helped me to become prosperous. I thought my life would be the same way as I graduated from university, be offered an employment opportunity in the corporate world, then marry and begin an family. I thought that was the definition of success. However, life had other plans to show me what it meant to be successful. In 2013 I found myself anxious about going to work. job because the pay and prestige didn't bring me happinessand I was feeling as if I had wasted my time and energy for a paycheck even though I knew I was destined for something more. The year 2013 was when I discovered that my true passion was working out. I also enjoyed getting out and about to aid others. On the path towards this new direction in life, I found the personal training I needed. The year 2014 was the year I began my own business, and in the year 2021 I will be celebrating my 7th anniversary. There are few Asian women working in this industry. I strive to be a change maker within the field to offer high-quality coaching that allows others to become a healthier and happier individual by developing the most sustainable life that meets the individual needs and desires. I am also committed to empowering others so they are able to achieve their goals, pursue their interests and lead the life of your dreams. As I started my career, the death of my mom was the most devastating blow to my life. After an eight-year struggle with Scleroderma, she is now resting in Heaven. I am forever grateful to her and will always remember her in my mind as well as my heart. It's amazing how the world can give us the exact lessons we need even when we don't realize that it is there. My loss has impacted my life in a variety of ways. I truly believe that her passing gave me the opportunity to begin an entirely new chapter. Her death occurred at the age of 87 on Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was time for her to begin her new life, and also give me a second chance of living an enjoyable, fulfilling and fulfilling life. My 30's are the first that I truly feel like I am alive. As I share the story of my life, it is in the hope that others will be able to understand my thoughts and feelings. It is to know that they're not the only ones. It is also a sign of real love. Therapy is a necessity and it isn't unusual. Finally that the health of your body is the most valuable thing you have. There is only one chance to live. I wish you to live it to the fullest.
